Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Return Shipping

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
